IFCJ Canada is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the full-time position of Donor Care & Office Associate. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to both our donors and staff, serving as a vital point of contact between the organization and its supporters.
As a key team member reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Donor Care & Office Associate is responsible for reception duties and providing essential donor and administrative support. This role plays a crucial part as the frontline representative of the organization, directly interacting with donors, the general public, and internal stakeholders.

Work is expected to be performed in a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of four (4) in-office days per week, and 1 remote work day (5 days total). May require extended hours during peak periods and non-traditional hours to perform job duties, as well as participation and attendance at organization-sponsored events and meetings.
