Overview of the Position:
CJPAC is growing rapidly across Canada — training and mobilizing Jewish Canadians and allies who share our commitment to protecting Canadian values like democracy, equality, and the rule of law.
As our next Associate Director, Political Engagement, you will play a pivotal role by empowering Jewish Canadians and allies to maximize their impact in the political arena.
You will quickly become CJPAC’s go-to resource for political engagement, data-driven mobilization, and best practices across Canada.
This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with a vast array of elected officials, political staff, and engaged Canadians across the political spectrum. And most importantly, to help protect what makes Canada special, now and for the future.

Candidate Profile:
You are a fast-learning self-starter with a growth mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to CJPAC’s mission.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience, hands-on political experience, and a strong understanding of the Canadian political landscape and Jewish community.
Some travel and occasional evening / weekend work will be required.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Medical and dental coverage are provided.
Vacation for this role starts at three weeks per year. In addition, CJPAC observes all Jewish holidays.
