About the Role

reSolved is actively recruiting for a Partner Marketing Manager to help grow the impact of our client partnerships. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, building strong relationships, and keeping complex initiatives moving.

You will own the day-to-day marketing relationship with our partners, developing joint plans and creating opportunities to take our shared story to market through campaigns, events, thought leadership, client advocacy, sales enablement, and other programs. You will also play a key role in our joint sales opportunities, bringing together the right people, information, and timelines to move sales opportunities forward. You will also be responsible for leveraging AI tools to speed up research, content creation, and campaign execution, so more of your time goes into partner strategy and relationships rather than repetitive production work

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Delivery and Product, giving you broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to contribute directly to reSolved’s growth. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, creates structure where it’s needed, builds strong relationships, and takes ownership from idea through execution.

The role reports to the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer and works closely with leaders and teams across reSolved, as well as marketing, sales, and client success teams within our client and partner organizations.

What You Will Do

Partner Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop joint marketing plans aligned to partner priorities, target markets, and growth objectives
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns around shared solutions, industries, and target audiences
  • Build and run joint webinars, demos, panels, and other educational programs that showcase expertise and client outcomes
  • Identify and pursue joint PR opportunities, contributed articles, media outreach, and industry awards
  • Partner with Sales on account-based marketing activities and materials for priority accounts and segments
  • Maintain partner-related web content and identify cross-promotion opportunities across partner websites, social channels, and digital properties

Partner Enablement, Content & Communications

  • Create and maintain partner-facing and joint sales materials, including solution briefs, sell sheets, presentations, FAQs, and competitive positioning
  • Support newsletters, announcements, and ongoing communications that keep partners informed and engaged
  • Identify and develop client testimonials, references, and success stories that showcase shared outcomes
  • Coordinate joint case studies with partners and clients, from identifying the opportunity through development and promotion
  • Collaborate with partners on blogs, articles, interviews, and other thought-leadership content
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content development, partner research, and campaign planning, while keeping messaging sharp and consistent across a high volume of partner activity

Partner Opportunity Management

  • Serve as the primary coordination point for sales opportunities, including RFP and non-RFP work
  • Own opportunity coordination from intake through submission or handoff: liaise with partners and potential clients, activate the right internal owners, set timelines and requirements, track progress, and provide regular updates
  • Identify issues, dependencies, and risks early, and work with internal and partner leadership to resolve them
  • Identify, plan, and coordinate joint participation in conferences and events, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and roundtables

Marketing Governance & Performance

  • Manage strategy, approvals, brand requirements, budgets, and execution across organizations
  • Build relationships across partner marketing, sales, and product teams to surface new opportunities for collaboration
  • Establish KPIs, track partner-sourced and partner-influenced activity, and use the results to prioritize future investment

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years in partner marketing, B2B technology marketing, channel or alliances marketing, or a related role, ideally in a technology or professional services environment
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent, with preference for education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience working with strategic partners and coordinating initiatives across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
  • Strong project and opportunity management skills, with the ability to own multiple concurrent priorities, set timelines, activate contributors, and drive work to completion
  • Experience supporting sales opportunities, RFPs, proposals, or other complex business development processes
  • Strong relationship management skills, comfortable working with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Product, and senior leadership, both internally and within partner organizations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage partner relationships and report on status, clarify requirements, identify risks, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools to strengthen market and audience research, content development, campaign planning and execution, personalization, workflow automation, and performance analysis, with examples of measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, engagement, or business results
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, including the ability to translate complex ideas, data, and strategic recommendations into polished, persuasive presentations for executive, partner, sales, and client audiences
  • Good judgment, with the ability to recognize when an issue needs escalation and to work with leaders to navigate it
  • Experience running partner marketing programs across campaigns, events, content, sales enablement, and digital channels
  • Commercial mindset, with an understanding of how partner marketing contributes to pipeline, revenue, and client growth
  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience establishing KPIs and measuring partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and marketing performance
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is considered an asset

Success Looks Like

  • Joint marketing plans in place with priority partners, with initiatives actively moving from plan to execution
  • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline is actively tracked with measurable growth over time
  • Opportunities move smoothly from intake to submission with clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through
  • Partners experience reSolved as organized and responsive, with one clear point of contact coordinating activities across teams

  • AI tools are being used to increase output and speed without sacrificing quality, freeing time for higher value partner and sales work
